Partizan Shorts

The Partizan site has a fantastic selection of short film, music videos, commercials and trailers from some of the film industry’s most unique directors such as Michel Gondry, Nagi Noda, Associates in Science, Doug Nichol and many more. Witness Jim Hoskings’ ‘Little Clumps of Hair’ excellent short about a man who hides his moustache to his friends down the pub or Eric Lynne’s ‘Neighbor’ which delivers a great punchline.

Other highlights include Patrik Bergh’s sweet short ‘Veronique’ , which was shown at Future Shorts Ireland last week and of course Nagi Noda’s amazing ‘Fitness Video Ex-Fat Girl’. Nagi Noda’s website showcases her original and creative work , definitely worth checking out. Also look at this quirky intro to the site for Nagi Noda’s HANPANDA, which seems to be a half panda half animal plush toy series.

Partizan is also offering a clip from Michael Gondry’s forthcoming feature – ‘The Science of Sleep’ which has Gael Garcia Bernal as a guy with a mundane copy setting position in a tiny office with three co-workers, including one hungry for someone to entertain him and a boss who would prefer to be perpetually left alone.
