I remember hearing a version of this song in both Beach House shows I caught this year and the recorded version lives up to the memories.
Taken from the forthcoming third album Teen Dream on Bella Union, ‘Norway’ will be released as a 7″ single on 11th January 2010 b/w ‘Baby’.
After Victoria Le Grand’s collaboration with Grizzly Bear on ‘Slow Life’, ‘Norway’ is a lovely re-introduction back to this band with Le Grand’s voice the highlight for me, particularly the chorus.
