Eve radiohead

Those Hood Internet dudes consistently bend my ear their direction due to the quality of their mashups. (Have I told you how much I love R Kelly vs Broken Social Scene?). The latest one to pique my interest is a mix of Radiohead’s In Rainbows favourite “Reckoner” and Eve. Fuck the biters, this version makes you realise how hook-laden “Reckoner” really is.

Heh heh. They work pretty good together. Maybe Thom Yorke can join Gwen Stephanie and earn some pocket change by donating his voice to hip hop beats :-)

Del Tha Funky Homosapien will be among the hip-hop artists lending their talents to Rainydayz Remixes, an unauthorised cut-up of Radiohead’s In Rainbows album. It’s the brainchild of Oakland-based DJ Amplive, who has worked with Akon and Talib Kweli

you tease. mashups are oh so 1999 and in-yer-face hip hop with gently plucked emo guitars??? shamefully, it works for me.
