There were 60,000 requests for the Shape of Broad Minds album teaser mix I posted recently so obviously I took it down today. It probably wasn’t helping the site t’all. That figure is ridiculous.

sounds like the world of rap had another orgasm, but yea, after checking some youtube vids, get your point. maybe another question to add to that is, how can rap still be that popular? I think rap is punishment for all that hair metal/glam rock from the 80s – I suppose non-rap-fans deserve it.
But after listening to De La Soul’s I Am I Be again; have been reminded that hip hop will always be cool – in a sorta-kinda way that Jazz will always be cool.
