Niall – you have to go see Grizzly Bear live. really. they’re just excellent. and they’re so nice, if you mail ed, he’ll probably get you in for free, and pay for your drink (not really).

definitely. they do a fantastic show, probably best gig since arcade fire for just being surrounded by amazing noise. and it’d probably be worth mailing him too, if tickets are that price.

Anybody else go to 65 Days last night?
Yeah, was at 65 Days last week. What an onslaught! Really enjoyed it though I have to say. I guess it’s Math Rock May, what with Battles coming up too.
The Frog Pocket gig on Sunday was the best of the year so far. Beautiful violin/guitar with laptop backing. Herv played a really strong set as well. Can’t wait to see F P at Mantua again this year.
