Over at the Washington Post website, they have a section which I visit quite regularly which shows the best press photographs taken on any given day from organisations such as Reuters, AP, Getty (basically any good image you see in a newspaper.) It is updated daily and offers images of politics, rebellion, injustice, humour and anything else you can think of. It’s a great way of getting a sense of what’s going on in other parts of the world.

Good examples of the type of images you see are shown here. On the one hand a photo of Bush taken 2 days ago talking about the Patriot Act to US Congress, and on the other hand, A photo of a Polish city worker shovelling snow near a winter stocking stand in Warsaw.
